The Digital Support Technician apprenticeship standard is changing. Skills England has approved a revised occupational standard and assessment plan, which will replace version 1.1 for new starts from 29 October 2026.
Version 2.0 guidance will follow

If you’re already on an apprenticeship, check which version you’re enrolled on with your training provider before changing your portfolio or assessment preparation. Use the guidance that applies to your own programme.
